As a commissioned Notary Public, OBMS provides convenient, on-site notarization for individuals, families, business owners, property owners, and professionals who require accurate and efficient document authentication. We travel to your location — home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, or agreed meeting space — ensuring your documents are properly notarized in compliance with state law.

Whether you need a single document notarized or multiple signatures witnessed, OBMS delivers reliable service with professionalism and discretion.

Service Fees

State-Regulated Notarial Fee:
$5 per notarized signature (or per state allowance)

Mobile Travel Fee (Local):
$25 – $40

Extended Travel (15+ miles):
$50+

After-Hours / Weekend Appointments:
Additional $25

Hospital / Assisted Living Visits:
$75 – $125 (includes travel + wait time)

Travel fees are separate from notarial fees.

Professional Notary Services – Policy & Procedures

At Organized Biz Management Solutions, we are committed to providing professional, accurate, and legally compliant notary services throughout Mississippi.

✔ Identification Requirements

All signers must present a valid government-issued photo ID that includes:

Photograph
Signature
Physical description
Current or recently expired status

✔ Acceptable forms of identification include:

Mississippi Driver’s License
State Identification Card
U.S. Passport
Military ID

We cannot notarize documents without proper identification.

✔ Signer Requirements

For a notarization to proceed:

The signer must be physically present
The signer must be aware and willing
The document must be complete (no blank spaces)
The signer must understand they are signing voluntarily

We reserve the right to refuse service if legal requirements are not met.

✔ Fees & Payment Policy

Mississippi law allows a maximum of $5 per notarial act.

OBMS may charge additional mobile travel or convenience fees. All fees are disclosed prior to the appointment.

Payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

✔ Mobile Service Policy

We provide mobile notary services to homes, offices, hospitals, and businesses.

Travel fees are based on:

Distance
Time of day
Urgency (after-hours appointments available)

✔ Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice may incur a travel fee if the notary is already in route.

No-shows may be subject to full travel fee.
